How Verification Works
A review only becomes public after passing our moderation checks.

Moderation review
Reviews that are reported or unclear are held for manual moderation.
Publish or hold
Approved reviews appear publicly; unresolved submissions stay out of the feed.

We do not let businesses remove reviews on request. Reviews that are reported or look suspicious are held for review instead of being hidden silently.

Our Story
TrustSchool was born from a simple observation: in an increasingly digital world, trust has become more valuable than ever. Our founder, Sarah Johnson, experienced firsthand the frustration of trying to find reliable businesses online, sifting through fake reviews and biased ratings.
In 2020, we set out to build a different kind of review platform—one that prioritized authenticity over quantity, and transparency over opacity. We developed sophisticated algorithms to detect fake reviews, implemented strict verification processes, and created a system where businesses could genuinely engage with their customers.
Today, TrustSchool serves millions of customers and thousands of businesses, but our core mission remains unchanged: to be the most trusted source for authentic business reviews and to help build stronger relationships between businesses and their customers.
