Review from someone who never used the business
Paid or incentivized reviews
Reviews with suspicious patterns
Multiple similar reviews from same user

Inappropriate Content

Content that violates our community guidelines

Examples:

Offensive language or hate speech
Personal information about private individuals
Harassment or threats
Spam or promotional content

Business Misrepresentation

Business providing false information or misrepresenting services

Examples:

Fake business listings
Misleading business information
Claiming credentials they don't have
Bait-and-switch tactics

Review Manipulation

Attempts to manipulate ratings or review system

Examples:

Businesses reviewing themselves
Competitors posting fake negative reviews
Coordinated rating manipulation

What Happens Next?

If Your Report is Valid

  • • Content will be removed or edited
  • • User accounts may be suspended
  • • Business profiles may be penalized
  • • You'll be notified of the outcome

If No Violation is Found

  • • Content will remain unchanged
  • • No action will be taken
  • • You'll receive an explanation
  • • You can appeal the decision
