Reporting Violations
To report inappropriate content:
- 1. Click the "Report" button on any review or comment
- 2. Select the reason for reporting
- 3. Provide additional details if needed
- 4. Submit the report for review
Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24-48 hours.
Consequences
Special Guidelines
Business Owners
Business owners cannot review their own businesses or competitors. All reviews must be from genuine customer experiences.
Employees and Affiliates
Employees, family members, and anyone with a financial interest in a business must disclose this relationship when posting reviews.
Incentives
Reviews cannot be exchanged for discounts, free products, or other incentives. Such reviews will be removed and may result in account suspension.
