What Makes a Good Review?

Review Rating Guidelines

5 Stars:Excellent experience, highly recommended
4 Stars:Good experience with minor issues
3 Stars:Average experience, neither great nor terrible
2 Stars:Poor experience with significant problems
1 Star:Terrible experience, not recommended

How we maintain community standards

Reporting Violations

To report inappropriate content:

  1. 1. Click the "Report" button on any review or comment
  2. 2. Select the reason for reporting
  3. 3. Provide additional details if needed
  4. 4. Submit the report for review

Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24-48 hours.

Consequences

WarningFirst-time minor violations may result in a warning and educational content
Content RemovalInappropriate content will be removed without notice
Temporary SuspensionRepeated violations may result in temporary account suspension
Permanent BanSerious or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination

Special Guidelines

Business Owners

Business owners cannot review their own businesses or competitors. All reviews must be from genuine customer experiences.

Employees and Affiliates

Employees, family members, and anyone with a financial interest in a business must disclose this relationship when posting reviews.

Incentives

Reviews cannot be exchanged for discounts, free products, or other incentives. Such reviews will be removed and may result in account suspension.
